We hope you are more than satisfied with your products, however, you are entitled to a product refund up to 14 days from the delivery date of goods. The returned products must be new, in perfect condition, complete with any original swing tags attached, and in original packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please fill out the returns form that will be sent with your order. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Delivery charges are non-refundable except where goods are faulty or wrongly sent.
In the unfortunate event of goods arriving damaged and/or faulty, please contact us immediately.
If you are returning a larger item delivered to you by courier, we will arrange for the collection of the goods. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of the return journey if not faulty, the price of which will be deducted from your refund.
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days. However, during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made.
